A quiet and sunny 1970s residence offering beautiful views. Free, uncovered municipal parking is available below the residence. Access is via stairs. The ski slopes are approximately 300 meters away, accessible via two different routes.

Very well-equipped apartment of approximately 40m², located on the 2nd floor without elevator (entrance on level 1) in a quiet residence in Plan Peisey, close to shops and near the Parchey chairlift.
Rented for up to 6 people, it comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a bathroom with a washer-dryer and separate WC, and a separate kitchen opening onto a dining area that comfortably seats 6. The living room is furnished with a set of pull-out beds and separated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain, creating a separate sleeping area.
The apartment faces southwest and the balcony offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machines + filters. Washer-dryer. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid Wi-Fi available at the agency upon reservation.
Sleeping arrangements: 2x2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds.

Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds, which must be left clean. The beds must be made properly, with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
