This residence, built in 2023, features covered parking. Located 300m from the slopes (with two access points), shops are situated at the foot of the building. The south-facing apartments are very sunny and offer beautiful mountain views.

117m² apartment rated 3* with a private parking space, located on the 2nd level of a new residence with shops at the foot and the Peisey chairlift 300m away.
This high-end apartment is rented for 10 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed giving access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room with washing machine/dryer, 2 separate toilets and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room which opens onto a south-facing terrace.
The extra touch: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding short stays).
Amenities: Dishwasher, fridge freezer, combination oven, 4-burner induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, TV, washer/dryer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
