95 square meter bungalow for 6 people, with terrace with direct access to the pool.
Palm Beach II is a family-friendly and, above all, very quiet residential complex. It features three separate swimming pools, each with a garden area and beautiful palm trees. It is located 600 meters from Moro Beach and less than a 5-minute drive from the center of Alcossebre.
The bungalow, with private parking, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a view of the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to a private terrace and sun deck. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, next to the main bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower floor, we have the kitchen with ceramic hobs, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery, cooking utensils and a coffee machine.
Next, the living-dining room, with a sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, a dining table and direct access to the terrace.
The terrace is spacious and cool, with an awning that allows you to be in peace even during the hottest hours, thanks also to the orientation of the terrace.
From the terrace, you have direct access via a small door to the swimming pool and garden.
*Parties and youth groups are not allowed.
