Detached house with private land, 3 bedrooms, for 6 people.
The house is located on Calle Aralar, just 700 meters from Las Fuentes beach and the marina, an area with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors...
The swimming pool is shared between the 8 houses in the urbanization, and is generally very quiet and uncrowded throughout the season.
The house, divided into 2 levels (120 square meters), has WIFI and a private garage, as well as a beautiful and spacious terrace with very nice views.
On the lower floor there is the bathroom, with shower.
Then, an independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
We continue with a spacious and welcoming living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, as well as a television and a dining table.
Passing through the living room, you access the terrace, spacious and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with the family, as well as relaxing or reading a book on the hanging swing. The orientation of the terrace makes it a cool space for most of the day. The sun only shines in the early hours of the morning, and there is a parasol to cover it if you wish.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has its own balcony, as does the second bedroom, with twin beds.
The third bedroom also has two single beds.
On this floor is the second bathroom, with a bathtub.
