The owner's note, Lola

IMPRESSIVE villa with private pool in the Marcolina development. With a maximum capacity of 8 people, this villa features a swimming pool (open throughout the rental season), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, as well as a barbecue area and two relaxation terraces with incredible views of the mountains and the sea.
The house is spread over two floors. It is accessed from the upper floor. Upon entering, on the right-hand side, we find a bright living room with access to one of the terraces, which has a large dining table as well as a sofa and armchairs for relaxing and admiring the views. Next, there is a dining room that opens onto the rest of the rooms in the house.
We continue with the independent kitchen, very well equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc.).
And finally, the two bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
We descend the stairs to the lower floor, where we find the en-suite bedroom with a private terrace. It has a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower. It is very spacious, and from the terrace, we once again enjoyed the breathtaking view.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in some rooms.
There is private outdoor parking.
