This fully air-conditioned villa consists of a large, bright living room with exposed beams and large bay windows opening onto the outside, a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker...)
The whole property opens onto a large landscaped terrace, offering spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding hills.
The villa also features a proper TV room with a desk facing the sea, ideal for relaxing or teleworking in an exceptional setting, as well as a fully dedicated gym.
The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms, each tastefully decorated in a contemporary and minimalist style. The master suite, located on the ground floor, features a 160x200 cm double bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed (160x200 cm) with an adjoining bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm). There is a third bathroom nearby.
The villa's layout also allows for single-level living for greater everyday comfort.
Outside, enjoy a magnificent lagoon-style pool with whirlpools, perfectly integrated into the natural environment and offering a superb panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the Var hills. Several relaxation and dining areas invite you to share convivial moments in a privileged setting.
