Fully air-conditioned, discover a large living room which opens, to the south, onto the wooden terraces and the infinity pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with a Queensize bed (160*200cm), a bathroom and access to a private terrace. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the floor, two bedrooms with sea and pool view, one of which is double with a bed (140*190cm) and another with two twin beds (90*200cm) share a shower room and a separate toilet.
Located below the swimming pool, an independent annex composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a double with a bed (140*190cm) and another with two twin beds (90*200cm), each with a closet, shower room and WC.
Outdoors: A magnificent infinity pool (9.5*5M), an invitation to relax. It is surrounded by exotic wooden terraces.
