This 5-room villa of approximately 140 m² offers an ideal setting for a holiday focused on comfort and relaxation, with a private pool and sea views.
It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. The living room is air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort during the summer season.
The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms:
Three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm),
A room with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) perfectly suited for children.
The villa has three bathrooms, two of which are adjoining the double bedrooms, as well as two separate toilets, offering a functional and comfortable layout for several occupants.
Outside, you will enjoy a large, spacious and convivial terrace by the pool, with a covered area, an outdoor dining table, garden furniture and an awning, allowing you to fully enjoy the sunny days at any time.
