The owner's note, Lola
This small residence is located right on the slopes (ski-in/ski-out). It has four floors with an elevator, and the apartments offer beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path near the building provides a 5-minute walk to the resort center and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop close to the residence. On-street parking is available 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the residence is also permitted for unloading only.
Apartment of approximately 50m², ideally located in a residence in Vallandry on the edge of the slope.
Rented for 6 people, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 1 sofa bed, a closed cabin with 1 set of bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen area open to the dining area and a living room (no sleeping).
The apartment faces south and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) so that you can fully enjoy your stay and a very beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE mountain range.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, combination microwave oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, television. Rented with a ski locker and a closed garage in the residence.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.
Practical information: Bed linen and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You have the option to book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
