This residence, located close to both the slopes (30 meters) and the center of Vallandy, comprises 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on the upper floors, facing west, enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with a lift and there is a communal car park in the immediate vicinity.
This 23 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence in Vallandry, just 50 meters from the slopes and shops. Close to the center of Vallandry, you won't need to use your car to get to the cinema, restaurants, or shops.
Rented for 4 people, this apartment consists of a small bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and separate toilet.
The apartment faces west and opens onto a sunny balcony which will allow you to fully enjoy a beautiful view over the entire valley.

Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
