Residence built in 2020 with covered parking. Located 350m from the slopes and shops, the west-facing apartments are very sunny and enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.
5-story residence with 2 elevators.
Apartment of 125m² with a private parking space, located on the 3rd level of building A, in a recent residence approximately 350 meters from the shopping center and the Vallandry chairlift.
This high-end duplex apartment sleeps 10 people. The ground floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a separate WC with a washing machine and dryer, and an open-plan fitted kitchen leading onto a west-facing terrace. The floor features a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with balcony access, a bedroom with four single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and balcony access, and a shower room with WC.
The extra touch: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding short stays).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
