This air-conditioned Villa is composed of a large living/dining room with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen (2 electric ovens, a large refrigerator, a large freezer, microwave, kettle, integrated coffee maker and filter coffee maker, 6-burner induction hob, dishwasher, utility room with combined refrigerator and laundry room), all opening onto a large terrace with swimming pool and sea view.
On the same level, a double bedroom with air conditioning, a king-size bed of 180x200 cm and private shower room, opening onto the terrace.
Upstairs, a sleeping area consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a third bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi internet, television, air conditioning, garden furniture, sun loungers, ping-pong table, darts, electric barbecue, outdoor shower, washing machine, tumble dryer.
At your disposal a carport, parking for 2 vehicles possible within the grounds of the villa as well as another outside the villa.
