Spacious (60 m²), very bright and very comfortable apartment. Located on the 4th floor, it consists of: 2 bedrooms + 1 small bedroom (1st bedroom with a 140 bed - 2nd bedroom with a 140 bed - small bedroom with 2 single 90 beds) - very convivial living room with 1 corner sofa and dining area + equipped kitchen - 2 bathrooms (shower-sink-towel dryer) - 1 separate toilet - Elevator - Ski locker.
Notes: Pets not allowed. Tourist tax extra according to the current scale.
FIREPLACE NOT USABLE AND MEZZANINE UPPER FLOOR NOT ACCESSIBLE TO TENANTS.
