Very functional SOUTH-facing apartment of 26m² WITH BALCONY on the 1st floor with elevator - Ideal location: walking distance to skiing and the village - residence of 70 apartments in Val Blanc II, with communal swimming pool in summer*. Very well equipped, it consists of an entrance - a bright living room with a 140 x 190 pull-out sofa bed opening onto a south-facing loggia balcony with an open view - equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave) - closed bedroom with 90 x 190 bunk beds - TV - ski lockers.
Please note: Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax is extra, as per the current scale. Sheets and household linens are available for rental. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
* Shared swimming pool in summer, unsupervised, in residence (from July 1 to August 31).
