Very beautiful 44 m² duplex, 3 rooms + terrace + garage, in Arêches, mountain setting in Savoie Mont Blanc.
6 people. On the mezzanine: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds convertible into 1, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds convertible into 1 + 1 single bunk bed (sleeps 90), in the living room: 1 pull-out sofa (2 single beds convertible into 1), 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC.
100 m from the ski slopes and all the village's services - Large private outdoor swimming pool open only in summer (July and August) - Free parking in a private, closed garage - WIFI available (€20 extra charge).
Whether you come by car or by train then coach, with family or friends (with your pet allowed on request) to Arêches - Beaufort summer/winter ski resort, you are WELCOME.
Park your car (and your bikes) in the basement of the Val Blanc 2 building (garage 73) and take the elevator to the 4th floor.
Step through the entrance to apartment 73 and enter the living room, which is very comfortable and very well equipped, with an integrated kitchen.
Make the trundle beds into 2 separate beds or 1 double bed according to your habits, under the beautiful light of the skylights in the 2 mezzanine bedrooms.
Prepare your meals in the kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave.
Enjoy them on the 6 m² terrace facing due east with a view of the village and the 2108 m of Roche Parstire.
When you leave, you can access, within a 100m radius, all the shops, restaurants, the tourist office, the cinema, the free shuttle, the ski school, the Grand Mont chairlift (access to the 100 ha Arêches-Le Planay area, 50 km of skiing on 30 slopes with a vertical drop of 1200 m).
In the evening, in a pleasant and warm setting, watch the large flat screen, listen to the radio, surf the net... and read the welcome booklet and the Animascope (detailed program of the many activities in winter and summer). Television.
