Our accommodation is located near the train station, the university and shops.
The city centre of Le Havre is only a 10-minute walk away (3 minutes by tram), an ideal base for enjoying Le Havre and its region, for a stay with family, business or friends.
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of:
- A living room with a Poltronesofà convertible sofa, a dining table and a Smart TV for your relaxing evenings.
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hobs, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and everything you need to cook (even in rainy weather!).
- A bedroom with bedding: a double bed (140x200cm). We will make up your bed and provide an extra duvet and pillows for the sofa bed. A travel cot and high chair are available on request (mattress and fitted sheet not included), €10/night.
- A shower room, with hairdryer, towels and bath sheets provided.
✅ Included in the rental: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc…
⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
⚠️ Let's be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or celebrations will be tolerated. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the lease and the withholding of all or part of the security deposit.
By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation. 🏠
🚘 Parking:
Paid parking around the accommodation from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5:30pm (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking for electric vehicles in the city.
🤝 We are available 7 days a week to answer all your questions and assist you throughout your stay.
📖 A personalized digital welcome booklet will be given to you a few hours before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (key collection, arrival and departure information, WiFi code, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, secret places to discover...
Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as well as the exact number of travelers. This allows us to prepare for your arrival with the care you deserve.
Our accommodation, just 2 hours from Paris, is ideally located for visiting our most beautiful Norman sites:
Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden around the bends of the Seine, the moving and exciting sites that dot the D-Day Landing Beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge and finally the seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing or the Deauville casino.
We offer a personalized welcome to provide you with maximum flexibility. We remain available for any specific requests.

- Standard check-in: between 4pm and 8pm
- Standard check-out: between 8am and 11am

- Late check-out possible on request (subject to availability).
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find the best possible solution together.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the area:
- Noise must be limited between 10pm and 7am.
- No festive events will be tolerated.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Our animal friends are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
