The house has been completely renovated and offers all modern comforts, while retaining the typical character of a Landes house...it will charm you from the moment you arrive!
With an area of 110 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen, with dining area, open to the living/dining room;
- a welcoming living room/lounge to relax in after a day of walks, with its wood-burning stove;
- a bedroom with a double bed 160 x200;
- a second bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200;
-a third bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 x 190, which can be pushed together to obtain a double bed of 160 x 190;
- a fourth bedroom with bunk beds measuring 80 x 190;
- three bathrooms/showers with sink and toilet adjoining the three largest bedrooms (excluding the bunk bed bedroom);
- a private laundry and toilet area;
Regarding outdoor spaces:
-a 4000 m2 park/garden with a private tennis court (hard surface);
- an outbuilding where deckchairs, outdoor tables and chairs, parasols are stored at your disposal and an extra refrigerator: this outbuilding can be used to eat meals sheltered during rainy periods;
- a ping pong table, a slide, and a trampoline for the enjoyment of young and old alike;
This large, wooded garden, bordering the forest, is a rare asset in a holiday rental, offering both tranquility and complete privacy... make the most of it!
Please note: the owner of the house lives on site in the house next to the rental: there is no shared wall or direct view into the property! She is a very discreet elderly lady who is committed to your comfort and well-being.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so all you have to do is settle in and enjoy.

Your house, typical of the Landes region, is located in the hamlet of Léon called "La Nasse": you're at the edge of this area, bordering the forest. A complete change of scenery, without being too isolated: it's a hamlet with a few houses, including yours, nestled in nature. The place and the house are called "Les Reuzes," and it's a family home that has been completely renovated and designed for your utmost comfort.
Léon, a tourist town in the Landes region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is located 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne and a 50-minute drive from Biarritz. On its lake, you can enjoy canoeing, paddleboarding, or fishing. Lake Léon is an ideal setting for young children with its fine sandy beach. You can explore the nature reserve that stretches to Moliets by navigating the Huchet stream in a boat guided by local boatmen. The Palue River, which feeds into Lake Léon, is also very popular for guided or unguided canoe and kayak trips. With a few gentle rapids, a fun and adrenaline-filled experience is guaranteed for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends!
In the summer, the market featuring local Landes produce is held daily in the village square, a 15-minute walk from the house. Léon is a lively town with shops open year-round, such as the fishmonger, bakeries, butchers, wine shop, cinema, and cultural center!
Even today, Léon is appreciated for its unspoiled landscape, its numerous leisure activities, and its respect for Landes traditions, both in sports and gastronomy. The nearest beach is only 6 kilometers away and is the beautiful, authentic beach of "La Lette Blanche," but you also have the beaches of Moliets, at a similar distance, large and beautiful stretches of fine sand and dune areas, typical of the Landes region.
