Welcome to the "chocolatine" house, a 4-star furnished tourist house! ⭐⭐⭐⭐! It has six bedrooms: three on the ground floor and three upstairs. The six bedrooms each have their own unique atmosphere and character with careful decoration and authentic furnishings! It is a Landes house that has been completely renovated and designed over 30 years by a professional carpenter: wonderful surprises await you!
On the ground floor you can choose between the "blue" oriental style room with a 160 X 200 bed, the "beige" room, more terroir, with a 160 X 200 bed, and the 3rd, the "exotic" room with its plants painted on the wall, always with a double bed of 160 X 200. All rooms are equipped with beautiful wardrobes or storage integrated in the style of these rooms. A very large bathroom all earthenware and woodwork, with double sinks, bathtub and shower is located on this level. The ground floor also includes a large equipped kitchen, where the old and modern mix harmonize perfectly, with all the necessary modern equipment and a dining room opening onto the kitchen to take your meals with family or friends. A large living room with large screen television and its authentic fireplace complete the description of this level.
On the floor, three other beautiful bedrooms are distributed as follows: the "children's" bedroom with its glass roof is composed of 2 single beds of 120 X 190, the "Lando-Basquaise" bedroom with dominant white and red and a bed of 160 × 200 and finally, the "Belle Epoque" bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.80 X 190, so named for its cozy pink side and its antique furniture.
You will access the floor by a beautiful staircase opening onto the kitchen, and there you will find a second large living room with a lounge and large television screen. The upper floor also offers at the exit of the staircase an office area, a bathroom entirely made of slate and under framework which reveals itself to your eyes unexpectedly behind a wooden door.
Each of the three bedrooms on each level opens onto these large living spaces and ultimately allows you to have two houses in one, but also total independence if necessary!
As you will have understood, you are staying in a unique house with wonderful surprises for your delight and comfort!
In addition, the villa is ideal for work and co-working sessions!
Outside, a relaxation area with deckchairs and parasols is at your disposal: a magnificent 80 m2 bamboo wood terrace surrounds the 10 x 5 meter corner POOL! The outdoor dining area is covered and you also have a barbecue/plancha area. Likewise, the planted GARDEN will be very popular on beautiful sunny days.
The accommodation is 8 minutes from the Là Haut Aventure Park. Furthermore, with its location, you will have the opportunity to explore with friends or family the Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve, located 3 minutes from Lake Léon and ideal for canoeing, relaxing on the square, and fishing. Likewise, the ocean is a 10-minute drive away to enjoy the waves or discover the joys of surfing. You can also rent bikes for all your travel needs.

A tourist town in the Landes region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Léon is located 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne, and a 50-minute drive from Biarritz. On its lake, you can enjoy canoeing, paddleboarding, and fishing. Lake Léon is an ideal setting for young children with its fine sandy beach. You can explore the nature reserve that extends to Moliets by navigating the Huchet current in a boat guided by boatmen. Directly from the house, you have a nearly private path at the back that takes you there in a 10-minute walk!
In the summer, the market selling local produce from the Landes region is held daily in the village square, a 10-minute walk from the villa. Léon is a lively town with shops open year-round, including a fishmonger, bakeries, butchers, a wine cellar, a cinema, and a cultural center!
Even today, Léon is appreciated for its unspoiled landscape, its numerous leisure activities, as well as for its respect for Landes traditions, both from a sporting and gastronomic point of view. The nearest beach is only 6 kilometers away and it is the beautiful authentic beach of "la Lette Blanche" in the commune of Vielle Saint Girons, but you also have the beaches of Moliets, at a similar distance, large and beautiful beaches of fine sand and dune areas, typical of the Landes.
The famous Vélodysée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulty.
