Spacious Ibiza-style holiday home for 10 people right by the sea, just a few metres from Cala Esmeralda beach, Cala D'Or, for rent. Enjoy an excellent location with marvellous views. Pool and terraces with views. Direct access to the sea from the rocks. You can swim to the beach.
The holiday home is distributed over two floors. It is spacious and has different areas where you can enjoy the sun and relax.on the ground floor is the living room with brick benches, great views of the sea and dining area, access to the terrace. Spacious kitchen. From the living room there is access to a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has access to the terrace. From the living room, a spiral staircase in Ibizan style leads to the floor, where there is another double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower.The house has an inner courtyard with three bedrooms. One bedroom for children, with a single bed plus a pull-out bed and a small bathroom en suite. Another bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Unbeatable outdoor area with barbecue area, table to enjoy meals with sea views.
