Location The finca is located between the two villages of Calonge and S'Horta and has fantastic views over the surrounding area to the sea. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Sanau or the well-known holiday resort of Cala d'Or with its international marina, shopping streets and a huge sn of restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The large pool (10 m x 5 m, min. depth 1.10 m, max. 1.90 m) with brick steps is surrounded by a large sun terrace. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax. - Since 2018 with side and covered pergola for more sun protection. Enjoy your meals on the covered terrace with barbecue and the fantastic view of the surrounding area. A table tennis table provides sporting fun for the whole family.
Finca From the entrance area, you enter the bright dining area with sliding glass doors to the pool terrace. An open archway leads to the living area with cosy sofas, satellite TV, DVD and fireplace. The modern kitchen is superbly equipped. Next door is a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and private access to the pool terrace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with two single beds, dressing area, en suite shower room and private sun terrace. The third bedroom, also with two single beds and dressing area, has an en-suite shower room. There is also a service room with washing machine in the basement. The house is very tastefully furnished to a high standard and equipped with ceiling fans and underfloor heating.
A high chair and a cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
