Semi-detached house in 1st sea line with fantastic views of the open sea. The villa is located in the neighbourhood of Es Fortí, not far from Cala Egos, Cala D'Or, Mallorca. The sandy bay of Caló des Pou is 400 metres away on foot and Cala Egos is 950 metres away. The centre of Cala d'Or can be reached in 3 km and offers a pedestrian area with shops, cafés, pubs with live music and a variety of restaurants as well as a lively nightlife. The Cala Dor marina is 1.3 km away. You can stroll along the dock or dine on the terrace of a lovely restaurant overlooking the yachts moored at the dock.
The villa has a private pool, plenty of space for sun loungers, a covered terrace for al fresco dining, naturally with a brick barbecue and direct access to the cliffs via the property.
Estella Matutina is a beautiful semi-detached house on 3 floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen and the living/dining room with access to the pool area. There is also a bedroom with two single beds, access to the covered terrace and a bathroom. There are a further 3 bedrooms on the floor. Two of them share a bathroom.
