The large entrance hall leads to an open-plan living and dining area with cosy sofas. Patio doors lead to the garden and the furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar. There is a washing machine in the adjoining utility room. One double bedroom and one with two single beds are located on the ground floor and share a large family bathroom with a raised round bath and shower. A further shower room with toilet can be accessed from the outside. A stately staircase with a long suspended chandelier leads to a further living room with views over the garden and pool to the tennis court. Patio doors lead to a sun terrace; ideal for private sunbathing. The master bedroom with double bed has a dressing area. Two further beautiful bedrooms, each with two single beds, have wonderful views over the countryside. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with marble tiles and a round bathtub, and tennis fans have a private tennis court at their disposal. The floodlights are not in operation.
The outdoor area is spacious and offers a long covered terrace for dining "al fresco". The large pool with water slide is surrounded by green areas for sunbathing and there is space for several cars on the plot.
