Welcome to TY KERZOU, a charming holiday home, ideal for families! Located in the quiet district of Kersaint in Landunvez, this property has a beautiful indoor and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing with family!

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious living room with a billiards table, as well as a laundry room and toilets.

Upstairs, you will find a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200) as well as a single bed and a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each, allowing them to be made into a double bed. Finally, a bathroom and toilets complete the floor.

Outside, enjoy the private garden for moments of relaxation in the open air. Children will be able to play there in complete safety.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
