Come and discover this lovely 180m² family home that has just been renovated, located 700m from a beautiful fine sandy beach. Ideal for a family or group holiday, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.
Before entering this peaceful house, discover a large garden equipped with a large terrace.
Inside, you will access a large bright living space comprising the living room, dining room and an open-plan equipped kitchen.
The ground floor also has 2 separate toilets, 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 for one bedroom and 140x190 for the other) and a bathroom with double sink and bathtub.
The floor has 3 nice double bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, the other 2 have 160x200 beds that can be split into 2 80x200 beds. The floor also has a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom with a cot.
The house is located in a peaceful hamlet, less than 10 minutes from all amenities. You can reach the beach on foot in less than 10 minutes. Less than 5 minutes away is the pretty port of Portsall and beautiful fine sandy beaches. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 hiking trail runs along the coast and passes near the house.
