Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet as well as direct access to the garage which is equipped with a washing machine. This garage can also be used to store bicycles, paddles, surfboards, kayaks, windsurfing, kitesurfing...

The floor has 3 beautiful bedrooms, all with double beds (140x190), one of which has a magnificent sea view. This floor also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.

The house is located on a large plot of 1360m², which is fully fenced and accessed through an automatic gate. Children can play safely while parents enjoy the large terrace equipped with garden furniture.

The house is ideally located 50m from the beach and the GR34 hiking trail. You will be able to go for nice walks from the house, either towards the port of Argenton or on the tourist route.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children you will also find nearby: the 3 curés recreation park, Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
