Come and discover this magnificent modern house that has just been built, located 50m from the beach and with a lovely sea view! By crossing the road and taking the small pedestrian path, you arrive directly at the lovely Penfoul beach.
On the ground floor of this house you will find a large living area consisting of the living room, the dining room and a lovely fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. You will also discover a charming master suite equipped with a 140x190 bed with direct access to the garden, a walk-through dressing room and a large bathroom with a shower. Also on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet as well as direct access to the garage which is equipped with a washing machine. This garage can also be used to store bicycles, paddles, surfboards, kayaks, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing...
The floor is composed of 3 beautiful bedrooms, all equipped with 140x190 double beds, one of which has a magnificent sea view. This floor also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
The house is located on a large 1360m² fully fenced plot, the access to the property is via an automatic gate. The children will be able to play safely while the parents enjoy the large terrace equipped with garden furniture.
The house is ideally located 50m from the beach and the GR34 hiking trail. You can thus go for beautiful walks from the house, whether towards the port of Argenton or on the tourist road.
