This elegant air-conditioned villa offers you a spacious and bright living environment, ideal for a vacation marked by comfort and tranquility.
It consists of a large living room with dining room, extended by a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, combined refrigerator, as well as a utility room with second refrigerator and laundry room. The whole opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, perfect for your outdoor meals or your moments of relaxation.
On the same level, you will find a double bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) with its adjoining bathroom.
On the garden level, facing the swimming pool, a peaceful sleeping area accommodates two additional bedrooms, including a superb master suite with dressing room, bathroom and private WC.
An independent studio completes this villa: it has its own bedroom, a shower room, a toilet and a living room with kitchen, all opening directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool for complete autonomy.
