Nestled in the heart of Vars Les Claux, just 100 meters from the slopes, the ESF meeting point, Sherpa shops, ski rental shops, souvenir shops, the tourist office, the pharmacy, and the bakery, this magnificent 125 m² chalet, offered by the Agence de la Forêt Blanche, welcomes you for an exceptional mountain stay. With a capacity of 13 people, this rare property seduces with its original layout, generous volumes, omnipresent natural light, and typical mountain charm.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, and linens are provided with beds made upon your arrival for the winter period.
For the summer period, end-of-stay cleaning is also included, but linen is NOT provided.
Upon entering, a large, functional lobby welcomes you, ideal for storing skis, sleds, boots, and winter clothing, or, in summer, for storing hiking boots, walking poles, backpacks, or strollers. A space designed for the comfort of the whole family, whatever the season.
The large, light-filled living room becomes the heart of the chalet. It invites you to relax with its wood-burning fireplace, perfect for gathering on snowy days around a hot chocolate, a cozy blanket, and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The dining room hosts a large, convivial table, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The open-plan, spacious and functional kitchen has a large work surface and is fully equipped: two raclette machines, a pierrade, a refrigerator with freezer, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an immersion blender, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a teapot. A lounge with a television completes this cozy living space.
The sleeping area is spread over several levels, offering each guest their own privacy. A few steps up leads to a double bedroom with a bay window overlooking the fir trees and the slalom stadium, as well as a bedroom with four single bunk beds, perfect for children. On this same level are a bathroom and a toilet.
Going back down to the entrance, another staircase leads to an independent part of the chalet comprising a double bedroom with terrace access, a bedroom with three single beds, one of which is on top, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Additionally, an adjoining studio completes the accommodation offering. Ideal for two people, this independent cocoon offers a cozy space with a double sofa bed, a television, games for the evenings, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a small oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, and raclette grill for two. The studio includes a shower room and a separate toilet.
Two shower rooms, one bathroom, four toilets, a washing machine and clever organisation make this chalet as comfortable as it is functional for stays with several people.
The whole thing forms an ideal place to stay for a mountain holiday with family or friends, summer and winter, in an authentic, warm setting and close to all amenities.
It also has a high chair and a travel cot available.
The rental includes end-of-stay cleaning and household linen with beds made upon arrival and towels.
