Nestled in a privileged mountain environment, LAO – Lodge Alpine Origin is a high-end chalet of approximately 450 m², spread over four levels, designed to accommodate families and groups in absolute comfort, with particular attention paid to living spaces, well-being and conviviality.
Ground floor – User-friendliness & functionality
The ground floor opens onto a large, bright living room, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for large gatherings and moments of sharing.
This warm living space is designed for gathering, cooking, sharing and fully enjoying the chalet atmosphere.
This level also includes:
• a laundry room,
• a practical ski room for storing equipment
• a garage that can accommodate a vehicle,
• as well as two outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet.
Upper floor – Master suites & quiet
Upstairs, the chalet offers three master suites, each equipped with:
• its private bathroom,
• his toilet,
• and for one of the three suites, a bathtub.
The rooms feature 180cm beds, offering comfort worthy of high-end hotels.
One of the suites (excluding the one with a bathtub) also features an open mezzanine, comprising:
• an office,
• a sofa bed in 160 cm.
This floor can comfortably accommodate 2, 4, 6 or up to 8 adults.
A library area and small relaxation lounge complete this level, with books, board games and a relaxation corner, conducive to calm and disconnection.
Level -1 – Family, children & leisure
This level is dedicated to families, children and playful moments.
It includes:
• three bedrooms with 160cm beds,
• two with bathrooms,
• one with a bathtub,
• a dormitory with 9 beds, consisting of 5 single beds and 2 double beds, perfectly suited for children and teenagers,
• a games room equipped with costumes, toys, board games and video games,
• a gym, located opposite, including a rowing machine, weights, dumbbells, exercise mats and a screen for sports classes,
• a bathroom opposite the dormitory with a shower, several sinks and a toilet,
• as well as a separate toilet.
Level -2 – Wellness & relaxation
The top level is entirely dedicated to relaxation and well-being, designed as a true private spa space.
It includes:
• a heated indoor swimming pool,
• secured by a closable glass roof, allowing for use in all seasons,
• an adjoining relaxation lounge with a giant screen and sofas that can accommodate six people.
In an adjoining room, you will find:
• a jacuzzi,
• a sauna,
• as well as a water fountain area, located between the jacuzzi and the sauna, for a complete and seamless wellness experience.
