The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers for rent a new, high-end, luxury chalet with an area of 110 m², located just 300 meters from the Vars les Claux snow front, within the new Varsea chalet complex.
Spread over three levels without an elevator, the chalet has a garage space as well as an uncovered outdoor parking space.
Upon entering, you will discover a large reception hall equipped with storage.
On the ground floor, the sleeping area is accessible via a corridor to the right of the hall. It comprises two double bedrooms with 160cm beds, one of which is equipped with a television. Both bedrooms have a desk area, ideal for working from home.
This level also includes a bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet.
Also on the ground floor, accessible from the entrance hall, is a children's bedroom, a real living space dedicated to the youngest children, equipped with two bunk beds (children's bed in 90 cm), a play area, a sink and a shower.
On the floor, you enter the main living area, which is bright and airy, with east/west exposure. It comprises a dining area with a table seating up to eight people, a comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs arranged around a fireplace, and a library. The living room is equipped with a television.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes: refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, immersion blender, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette and pierrade set.
A separate toilet, a balcony and a lovely terrace complete this level.
On the top floor, a landing leads to the final sleeping area, comprising two double bedrooms with 140cm beds. One of the bedrooms has a television and its own bathroom with toilet. A second shower room is also accessible from the landing.
