The Agence de la Forêt Blanche offers this large, characterful chalet, ideally located in the hamlet of Sainte-Marie, in Vars. Spread over three levels, it offers a spacious and welcoming setting, perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends, for a total of twelve people.
Upon entering, a spacious, wood-paneled hall, complete with coat racks and benches, invites you to gently unwind from the hustle and bustle of the slopes. Your gaze is immediately drawn to the fireplace that takes pride of place in the living room, the true heart of the chalet, where you'll love to gather after a day of skiing. An elegant breakfast bar seamlessly connects the living room and dining room, creating an open and exceptionally convivial living space, perfect for large gatherings and shared evenings. The decor, a skillful blend of modern touches and retro influences, punctuated by a few designer accents, lends the whole an atmosphere that is both authentic and refined.
The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped: a conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle all have their place. Coffee lovers will especially appreciate the two machines, one bean-to-cup and the other Nespresso, to satisfy everyone's cravings thing in the morning.
The floor offers a generous sleeping area: a bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for younger guests, while two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room, ensure privacy and comfort. Another double bedroom, with an additional single bed, also has its own private shower room. A final bedroom on this floor, with a shower room and toilet, opens onto a charming little balcony. The floor also includes a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower, designed for ease of daily use.
The second level offers a more intimate atmosphere, beneath the exposed beams: an attic bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, along with a separate WC. A mezzanine area, nestled under the skylights, provides a single bed and a double bed, creating a cozy atmosphere particularly appreciated by both children and adults.
The top floor of the chalet has undergone a modern renovation, bringing a contemporary touch and updated comfort to the entire property.
Outside, a terrace wraps around the chalet, offering several spots to soak up the sun or admire the mountain scenery, complemented by a landscaped garden. For added comfort during ski holidays, a ski room is located in the basement, while a covered garage provides shelter for vehicles throughout your stay.
