Within a secure private domain, in a green setting which guarantees calm and privacy, this pretty house has many assets to ensure you have a pleasant stay between beach and hills: a covered terrace for lunch, a pétanque court to enjoy with friends or family and a beautiful and large swimming pool (4X8M, secured by an alarm) to refresh and relax.
The stunning sandy beaches of Argentière, Cabasson, and Estagnol are just minutes away. The Valcros Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away.
Welcome to Villa Luna:
The house, with a surface area of approximately 120 m2 and a private swimming pool, can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is composed of a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, American fridge, microwave, toaster kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.) A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds (160*200) and access to the terrace and swimming pool, one air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds (90*200 cm), one bathroom with WC, one shower room with WC, one separate WC.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, pétanque court, garden furniture, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, swing, private space and free parking.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,400 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
