VILLA PAQUERETTE - Large Provençal farmhouse-style villa with private pool, 5 bedrooms for 10 people. Classified as a "4-star furnished tourist accommodation" by the Tourist Office.
Villa Pâquerette overlooks the greens of the Valcros golf course, opening onto the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures. It features a swimming pool, a large terrace, a Provençal garden with shaded nooks.
Within the Valcros estate, in the quiet of the Cros de Maravenne residence secured by an access gate, the villa of approximately 160 m2 on 2 levels is composed of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room.
On the ground floor: a large living/dining room opening onto a large 100 m² terrace, a separate and well-equipped kitchen (double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso, Soda Stream, etc.), a separate toilet, a bathroom, a double bedroom opening onto the terrace with two twin beds and a bedroom opening onto the swimming pool with a double bed.
On the "Night" floor: a master bedroom overlooking the island of Porquerolles and the golf course, 1 double bed with private shower room and toilet, as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (2x90) and a bathroom with toilet.
For your comfort: All bedrooms have ample storage space. They are air-conditioned, as is the living room.
At your disposal, Wi-Fi via Fiber, 55' QLED TV (Netflix, Prime Video...), Weber Gas Barbecue-Plancha, garden tables and furniture, Bluetooth speaker, pétanque court, washing machine... You will have a very pleasant, peaceful stay.
