Nestled in the heart of the Valcros estate, this contemporary villa combines comfort and light. It features a terrace with a pergola as well as a second terrace with a private pool, offering an ideal setting to enjoy the sun and panoramic views of the hills and the sea.
Accessible via a few steps, the entrance opens onto a hall with a guest WC. The spacious and bright living/dining room also includes a study area and opens generously onto the terrace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area, creating a welcoming space for sharing moments with family and friends.
The villa has four double bedrooms:
A master suite with a 180 x 200 cm bed and private bathroom, located on the main level.
Three other double bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, located on the garden level, each with private shower room and WC, and opening directly onto the pool terrace.
This villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends, combining relaxation, comfort and an exceptional setting in one of the most sought-after areas of the region.
