As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by its high ceilings, elegant mouldings, authentic parquet flooring and the light that bathes each room in a soft, soothing atmosphere. The accommodation includes a large, south-facing living room bathed in light, ideal for relaxing and socialising. There is a sofa and television to relax on after a day of sightseeing or work. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. The three spacious bedrooms offer optimum comfort, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds to suit everyone. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and WC.. Fibre is available.
If you have children, you'll love the baby facilities: cot, high chair, bottle warmer and bath.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes.

## Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Rouen, the flat makes it easy to explore the old town, with its cobbled streets, historic monuments and banks of the Seine. Everything is within walking distance: shops, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and much more. Take a pleasant stroll down the street along the banks of the Seine. Rue du Renard combines a great location with a friendly atmosphere, making it a popular spot for residents and tourists alike.
Rue du Renard is one of Rouen's major thoroughfares, located in the Pasteur district. It stretches for around 2,200 metres, linking rue Saint-Gervais to boulevard Jean-Jaurès, making it one of the longest streets in the city. The street is characterised by its picturesque architecture.
In terms of public transport, rue du Renard is well served. The Mont-Riboudet and JB De La Salle bus stops are around 4 and 6 minutes' walk respectively, providing easy access to different parts of the city. Bus lines 15, 27, F7, F9, as well as tram line T1 and metro line MÉTRO, serve the area, providing convenient connectivity for residents and visitors.
## Transit
The location of this flat benefits from excellent public transport links, making it easy to get around the city. You can do everything on foot. Alternatively, there are a number of bus stops nearby, such as Mont-Riboudet (4-minute walk) and JB De La Salle (6-minute walk). There are a number of bus routes serving these stops:
/ Route 15: links various districts of Rouen, providing a convenient link to the city centre and other key areas.
/ Route 27: Serves several points of interest, providing easy access to residential and commercial areas.
/ F7 line: A frequent line linking strategic areas of the city.
/ Line F9: Provides a fast connection to various districts.
The METRO line is accessible from the stops mentioned above, offering a fast alternative for crossing the city. The T1 tramway line is also nearby, making it easy to get to key destinations.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! For any special requests, contact the Cour de l'ArchiDuchesse.
Please note that this flat is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the flat and rent it out when they are away, allowing travellers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to put their equipment at your disposal and make space in the cupboards for you to organise your belongings.
Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
