Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent apartment will surprise you with its Haussmann-style architecture and its decor combining modernity and vintage furniture! With its moldings and 4-meter high ceilings, there is no doubt that this accommodation will offer you all the comfort necessary for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! In addition to optimal comfort, you can take advantage of the many shops and restaurants located within a 200m radius of the apartment.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the accommodation is broken down as follows:
- A small, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A beautiful living room with lounge/dining room area equipped with a Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Canal+, etc.);
- Night side: two beautiful bedrooms equipped with quality Queen size bedding (160x200 cm), one of which has an adjoining bathroom.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while being less than 2 minutes by car from the main roads.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment has a parking space, if you wish to reserve it, please let us know when you make your reservation.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in the very center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than 300m away on foot).
Your travels will be made easier thanks to its proximity to rail and road networks. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, this accommodation is ideally located for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
