Our apartment is located in the very center of Rouen (more precisely opposite the town hall park), close to the city's best shops and restaurants and a 10-minute walk from the famous old market square.
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this magnificent apartment-style home offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home!
With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A fitted "American" style kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A beautiful living room with lounge/dining room area, Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix and Canal+);
- Night side: A beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) well soundproofed for peaceful nights;
- Adjacent to the bedroom, you will find a superb bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while remaining peaceful.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
If you wish, we can also provide you with a baby bed (linen is not provided), please let us know before your stay.
NB: The apartment does not have a private parking space. However, the private underground parking of the town hall is located 50m from the apartment (charges apply).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in the very center of Rouen, in the immediate vicinity of the town hall and less than 10 minutes on foot from all the main tourist sites in the city (the Gros Horloge, the old market square, etc.).
You will live close to shops and cultural centers.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
