Within a secure residence with a private tennis court 🎾, our beautiful apartment has been completely renovated. It is furnished, bright, and private.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it is composed as follows:
- An open kitchen with bar area including: refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, dishes, utensils, plenty of storage space, etc.
- A large living room with lounge equipped with a UHD smart TV, a convertible sofa and a washing machine.
- A beautiful duplex bedroom with comfortable bedding (140x200) and a dressing room.
- A shower room with WC.
The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy Rouen, while being in a peaceful setting (5 min walk from the old market square).
At your disposal: A private parking space 🚘 (please note: restricted parking space, difficult access for 4x4s/SUVs/sedan cars), bed and bath linen, tennis rackets, free WiFi, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Very practical, whether you come by train or by car, the apartment is ideally located, in a luxury residence, quiet, less than 5 minutes from the hyper center and the SNCF train station.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
