The Briou Barneville district in Rouen, located on the left bank of the Seine, is close to the city center while remaining part of the city’s peripheral neighborhoods. It enjoys good connections to the wider metropolitan area.

Historically, Briou Barneville has developed over the years as Rouen expanded beyond its historic center. The neighborhood gradually urbanized with the construction of residential buildings and the arrival of new infrastructure.

In terms of amenities, Briou Barneville is well served by public transportation, making it easy to reach central Rouen. The district also offers schools, local shops, green spaces, and sports facilities, providing a pleasant living environment, particularly suitable for families.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the ground floor.

Check-in is managed by the Home Rouen Keymaster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

The property is managed by Home Rouen, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests will find bed and bath linens, essential toiletries for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper…), as well as a large towel per person, kitchen towels, and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay.

We strive to provide a pleasant experience; however, please note that we are not a hotel. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refresh, replenishment of essentials, or deliveries can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon confirming your stay, you will receive the Home Rouen tourist guide, our recommendations with discount codes from selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
