Full of charm, this flat on the second floor of the Normandy building spans two storeys. It comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a mezzanine lounge and three bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.
The 16th-century half-timbered building has been completely renovated to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The ground floor of the flat has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
On the floor, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and an additional shower room with shower and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kitchen utensils) to allow you to prepare your own meals.
A staircase leads to the living room, where you can relax in peace and quiet. The living room is bathed in light thanks to its windows, offering a view over the rooftops of Rouen and the Saint Maclou church.
Good to know: These are two separate flats, carefully joined by the common area corridor to offer an exceptional living experience, perfect for families, friends or colleagues.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Bus :
Line Appartement (Teor): This bus line crosses several districts of Rouen and could pass near rue Damiette.
Line 13: This serves various districts of Rouen, and a stop near rue Damiette could be located on this line.
Line 20: This is another bus line serving nearby areas.
TEOR:
TEOR is a high service level bus (BHNS) that offers lines with a high frequency. Lines T1, Appartement and T3 pass through the centre of Rouen and near rue Damiette.
Metro :
The Rouen metro can also be an option. Although rue Damiette is not directly near a metro station, line M can be used from the Théâtre des Arts or Palais de Justice stations, which are not far away.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the 2nd floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.
Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
