Le Nicole is a ground-floor apartment with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own television and bathroom with toilet. Enjoy the private balcony and designated parking space in the basement.
The ground floor welcomes you with a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. You will find a hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (large capsules), oven and washing machine. The lounge area offers moments of relaxation with its sofa. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets near the accommodation according to the city's current parking rates. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be reached 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a bank imprint via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures must be no later than 11:00.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 to 21:00). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and one bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is offered free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any cleaning during the stay, fresh linen/towels, restocking of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the Archiduchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the instructions for arriving at your accommodation.

Respect the instructions, whether they concern timetables or the use of equipment, and respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is completely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), that animals are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the real replacement value.
