This tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in an elevated position near Marbella. The terrace is partially covered and can be closed off with glass panels for extended winter stays.
The complex has a large indoor SPA area (fitness and heated swimming pool).
The urbanization offers fantastic facilities such as a rooftop terrace, a large jacuzzi, a large communal swimming pool, two saunas, one for women and one for men, an indoor swimming pool and a 90 m2 gymnasium fully equipped with the latest gym machines.
This very spacious penthouse contains 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has its own terrace and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, single sink and toilet. All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and internet access is provided.
