Apartment 2 bedroom Marbella

This apartment has the most stunning views and is less than a 5km drive from the nearest beach. Away from the crowds, yet very close to restaurants and shops.
The development is located in an elevated position, with breathtaking views over much of the coastal area near Marbella. Breathtaking views from both terraces!
Upon entering the property, you'll find the living room and kitchen directly in front of you. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace where your morning coffee is complemented by fantastic views. The terraces face south, so you'll enjoy the sun all day long. The living room has a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Going down the entrance stairs, you will find a guest toilet in the hallway that gives access to the two bedrooms. The two master bedrooms with double beds and the second bedroom with two single beds have direct access to another terrace of approximately 15m2 with a small table and two deckchairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, double sink, toilet, and bidet. The other bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.

The urbanization has 2 pool areas. 1 with a large pool and a children's pool and a separate area with a smaller pool.
As you descend the hill towards the beach and walk west, you'll find all sorts of restaurants, bars, and beach clubs, as well as the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Hippopotamos Beach Bar, Bono's Beach, or South Beach, or one of the various Spanish restaurants. Some even have entertainment throughout the summer holidays.
The distance to the charming old town of Marbella is 7 km and it takes 15 minutes by car to reach the famous port of Puerto Banus, where you will find high-end designer boutiques, exclusive yachts, sports cars, nightclubs and bars as well as a wide variety of restaurants.
Also in the heart of Europe's largest golfing region with over 30 golf courses.

Baby bed and high chair:
We would be happy to provide you with a baby cot and high chair. The price for one week is 30 euros. For two weeks, it's 50 euros, including sheets. Ask at the office.
Change of sheets and towels:
If you require fresh sheets and towels during your stay, please let us know when booking. The cost is 10 euros per person. Ask at the desk.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive to the whole family, regardless of age and fitness level.
Sierra Nevada is a 2-hour drive from Marbella. You can easily make the round trip in a day.
Sierra Nevada normally closes the weekend in May.
