The apartment is in a gated community and shares a large swimming pool with the community. There is a large garden surrounding the pool, making it a truly relaxing and beautiful place. There is a 15m² terrace where you can enjoy the weather if that's what you'd like.
When you enter the apartment, there is a modern open kitchen connected to the comfortable living room where you also have access to the terrace.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two bedrooms with two single beds and a master bedroom, which has a little more privacy and its own bathroom.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished in a modern style, which fits the apartment very well.
Near the apartment, you have a large beach where there are many activities, such as jet skis and paddle surfing, good restaurants and beach clubs. The town of San Pedro is a 10-minute walk from the apartment; San Pedro is a charming town with a great history, and many restaurants, shops and beautiful buildings.
5 min. drive from the apartment you have Marbella town and Puerto Banus.
In Marbella town, you can enjoy a 15 km long promenade that goes to San Pedro and numerous seafront restaurants. Marbella Old Town is also a great place to visit, full of history and charm.
Puerto Banus is an exclusive marina filled with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and exclusive designer boutiques. It is also home to luxury cars and yachts, for which the marina is famous.

- from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., 30 EUR;
- after 9:00 p.m., 50 EUR.
