The owner's note, Lola

Air-conditioned pavilion composed on the ground floor of a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and independent air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen living room (Television, Wifi Box, Fridge-freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker + Filter, Kettle, Toaster, Hob, Extractor hood). A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. A mezzanine with a 140cm double bed and an office area, air conditioning. A large veranda with dining area and lounge area which opens onto a garden. 2 parking spaces.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 800 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a 15m x 8m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It is open from mid-June to mid-September.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Tourist tax is extra.
Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the July/August summer season.
