It’s an oasis between the sea and the mountains!

This apartment has been recently renovated!
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room with table and chairs;
- and a living room with a new convertible sofa (BZ 160 x 200).
You will particularly appreciate its balcony and its view.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Wall-mounted television with swivel arm, Fan, Rosières dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Hob, New refrigerator freezer, Paper filter coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
Please note that there is a guide booklet in the accommodation.
Although there is no private parking, parking is easy.
You'll stay in a quiet residence. The city center is a 10-minute drive away.
This way, you will be able to discover many sites that make Fleury famous.
The region is located close to Spain. It is beautiful, sunny, and wooded!

Fleury is a seaside commune that extends over more than 5,000 hectares and includes three village entities: the wine-growing village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint Pierre la Mer and the fishing and marina of Cabanes de Fleury. The commune offers a wide variety of landscapes: 3,000 hectares of scrubland, 6 kilometers of fine sandy beach and the Aude River which crosses the territory for 9 km before flowing into the Mediterranean, 1,000 hectares of vineyards, 1,000 hectares of marshes, ponds and wetlands. An ideal destination in any season!
