The La Senia urbanization is highly valued by guests thanks to its very complete community facilities, with a swimming pool, garden shaded by palm trees, tennis court and parking.
The accommodation, divided into two levels, is distributed as follows:
On the lower floor, there is a large and cool terrace overlooking the shared garden. Inside, there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people. Then, there is an open kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and all the basics such as kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Finally, there is a renovated bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, we find the two bedrooms. One of them has its own terrace. There is also a second renovated bathroom with a shower.
There is a parking space in the urbanization's parking lot.
