Villa with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people, with private land.
Located in Cala Blanca, an urbanization of private villas on Penya Ventosa Street, just 400 meters from the sea and only 1 KM from Las Fuentes beach, as well as the Serra Irta Natural Park.
The villa, which has a garden, a garage and parking for 2 cars, and 3 terraces, is divided into 3 levels.
On the lower level, at the back of the house, we have a pleasant and cool outdoor space with a garden, a terrace with a dining table, and a parasol for the hottest hours. An ideal space to relax and enjoy total privacy.
In the front area there is a second large terrace.
We continue with the living-dining room, very spacious and bright, double height. It has two sofas, a dining area, a small space with two armchairs where you can read or have a drink, and a television.
The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
On this lower floor is one of the bedrooms, with a sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult. There is also the bathroom with a shower.
We go up to the floor, where the other 3 bedrooms are located.
The master bedroom, en suite, with a double bed, has its own bathroom with bathtub, as well as a small private terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed and direct access to another large terrace.
The third bedroom has two single beds and also direct access to the terrace.
We reach the upper floor, where the solarium is located.
Guests of the house have access to the Cala Blanca communal pool, which is just 30 meters from the house. It's a very quiet pool even in high season, with a huge garden perfect for sunbathing.
