In the heart of the gated community "Les Amandines" in Vias Village, this charming 33m² apartment house will charm you with its calm and its shaded terrace ideally facing south, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
The apartment features a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a shower cubicle and a toilet. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen for added convenience.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation offers a ground floor bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm), perfect for peaceful nights. An air-conditioned mezzanine, open to the living room, has bunk beds (80x190 cm) as well as a BZ sofa (140x190 cm), providing additional sleeping accommodations to accommodate family or friends.

The accommodation has a parking space in the residence.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely closed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €50 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
