Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the “Le Clos Saint-Brice” residence in Vias Plage, this warm, air-conditioned 38 m² house is ideal for family vacations, combining comfort and tranquility.
The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sofa, a cozy dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. You'll also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet for added convenience. A washing machine is available in the garage, providing ideal storage space for your bikes and other equipment.
Upstairs, the accommodation features two air-conditioned bedrooms. The is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm) for maximum comfort. The second bedroom is cleverly furnished with a double bunk bed (140x200 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), ideal for accommodating children.
For additional sleeping accommodation, a sofa bed (140x190 cm) is also available in the living room.

The accommodation has a parking space right in front of its garage.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €84 including tax.

Pets are welcome in this accommodation, with a supplement of €40 per stay.
