Furnished and equipped apartment for 2/4 people with a balcony and sea view. Secure swimming pool open during the summer season. Parking space. Located on the floor without elevator.
Residence in a quiet green setting and close to shops and the beach, the apartment is composed of a main room with a sofa bed, television and equipped kitchen area: Top refrigerator, microwave, microwave. A bathroom with toilet as well as a cabin area with two bunk beds.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. The communal swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are located 900 m away.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
